Service Dock provides a fleet service operations platform for heavy-duty truck repair shops, including work order management, inventory control, invoicing, and compliance tracking. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use Service Dock for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to our service.

5. Intellectual Property

Service Dock and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Service Dock and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Service Dock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or notice on our website. Continued use of Service Dock after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
