Is there a free trial?

Yes! All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can explore all features before committing.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as ACH bank transfers for annual Enterprise plans.

Are payment processors included in each plan?

No. Clover, Stripe, and Square are separate provider add-ons so shops only enable the processor they actually use.

Is QuickBooks Online included?

QuickBooks Online Sync is a separate add-on. The desktop app stores the shop authorization locally and uses Service Dock only for the managed OAuth broker.

Is there a minimum contract length?

No long-term contracts required. Month-to-month billing for all plans. Annual discounts available for Professional and Enterprise.

What does 'per technician' mean?

A technician is any user who actively creates or updates work orders. Administrative-only users (owners, managers) don't count toward your limit.

Do you offer on-premise deployment?

Service Dock is local-first with optional cloud services. Offline/Airgapped deployment is available as a quoted deployment option for disconnected environments.
