What does "founding shop" pricing mean?
We're early, and the first shops take a chance on us — so they get the lowest rate we will ever offer, locked in for as long as they keep their account. When we raise prices later, founding shops keep their rate. It's that simple.
Is pricing per user or per technician?
Pricing is per shop location — your service writers, techs, and office staff are covered. You aren't punished for hiring your fifth tech.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Month to month, cancel anytime. Your data is exportable whenever you want it, so leaving is genuinely possible — which is exactly why we work hard to keep you.
Can we try it before paying?
Book a walkthrough and we'll run your kind of jobs through the live product while you watch. Founding shops also get hands-on onboarding with their own data before committing to a plan. A self-serve free trial is on the roadmap.
Are card payments and QuickBooks included?
They're optional add-ons, priced separately, so shops only pay for the connections they actually use. Invoicing and payment tracking themselves are built into every plan.
Can we change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime, effective at your next billing cycle. Founding pricing follows you between Standard and Professional.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
It's your data, in your shop, and it stays that way. The database lives on your machine, and you can export customers, units, history, and invoices at any time — before, during, or after cancelling.
